These Terms govern use of the public My Web Connect website and complimentary tools. Separate agreements may apply when you hire My Web Connect for professional services or use future paid, account-based, cloud, or managed services.
Using My Web Connect
You may use the website and complimentary tools for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the files, links, text, data, and other content you choose to process and for making sure you have the right to use that content.
Keep important originals
Tools that edit, convert, compress, redact, sign, rename, or otherwise transform files can change their contents or appearance. Keep an original copy of important material and review the finished output before relying on or distributing it.
No professional advice
General information, calculations, comparisons, automated checks, or other outputs provided through My Web Connect are not legal, tax, financial, medical, engineering, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Obtain qualified professional guidance when the situation requires it.
Complimentary tools and availability
Public tools are provided on an "as available" basis. We may improve, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every tool will be suitable for every file, browser, device, or purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not use My Web Connect to violate law, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, probe systems without authorization, or process content in a way that you are not legally authorized to process.
Third-party services and links
My Web Connect may link to or interact with third-party websites, search engines, platforms, libraries, vendors, or service providers. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms, privacy policies, fees, availability, or requirements. A link or technical integration does not by itself mean My Web Connect endorses or guarantees that third party.
Intellectual property
My Web Connect's site design, branding, original software, documentation, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party software and libraries remain subject to their own licenses. You retain whatever rights you already have in content you lawfully process using the tools.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the public website and complimentary tools are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, My Web Connect will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public website or complimentary tools. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Professional services
Technology support, project work, consulting, backup or recovery assistance, automation, installations, and other professional services may require a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, partner agreement, or other contract. This website does not by itself create a professional-services engagement.
Changes
We may update these Terms as My Web Connect evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the updated Terms apply to subsequent use, subject to applicable law.
